Payments Methods on Kult Republic

    Kult Republic has multiple payments options with trusted Payment Gateway Partners taking care of your transaction security. With the secure encrypted technology provided by our payment gateway partner, the customers can keep their transactions secure and confidential at all times.

    The customers can complete their payments using MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, (Any Domestic Card) and Internet Banking.

    Customers can make payments using their Debit or Credit Cards by providing the card number, expiry date, and the CVV number provided at the back of the card. The transaction will redirect to the concerned bank’s page and will generate the 3D secure password (which is provided by the bank) for the completion of the transaction.

    Cancellations / Returns

    What is the cancellation policy of Kult Republic?

    Customers can cancel their order before the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped they have to return the order. The refund will be done within 7 to 15 days.

    How can I change my address after I placed an order?

    To change the delivery address after an order has been placed, the concerning customer need to reach out to us through our customer support helpline number or email id and provide a new address.

    I have cancelled my order but haven’t received my refund yet. How long will it take to get my refund?

    For any payment made via Internet Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or any other online payment method, the refund will be made within 7 to 15 days (from the time of the cancellation) to the source account.

    How to return or exchange a product?

    Note: 1. Every return or exchange must be done within the specified period.

    1. Every Order Pick-up facility will depend on our courier serviceability. If the concerned address doesn’t have pick-up facility of our courier service, the customer will have to self-ship the item to the return address. The cost of the courier, in case of self-shipment, will be reimbursed to the customer along with the refund.
    2. Each and every product under the concerned order (which has been requested for cancellation or exchange) must be unused. All the tags must be intact and the product must be handed over to the courier executive with the original invoice. The product must be returned with the box as well as with the packet it came (even if it was cut open to access the product). Any damage to the product (used, washed, tags cut etc.) will place the product as nonreturnable.

    Interpretation

    The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

    Your Order Cancellation Rights

    You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

    The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

    In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

    We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

    Conditions for Returns

    In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

    • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
    • The Goods are in the original packaging

    The following Goods cannot be returned:

    • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
    • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
    • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
    • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

    We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

    Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

    Returning Goods

    We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

    Gifts

    If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

    If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
