What is Kult Republic’s Shipping Policy?
Kult Republic offers quality leather products to its consumers. In order to maintain quality of the products, the company takes special care in handling orders while delivering them to the customers. Each product is delivered by the delivery partners with a fixed delivery fee being charged on every order.
If any order is returned upon delivery, the entire amount including the shipping charges will be refunded to the customer. In case the customers self-ship their return, Kult Republic will refund the amount as well.

How do I know if Kult Republic will deliver to my address?
Kult Republic will deliver all over in India, to each and every pin code. Be assured.
I have received a wrong/empty/faulty/ packet. What should I do?
Contact through our customer care helpline email id. Mention your issue with the order along with your order id within 48 hours of delivery. Please do not use the product, detach the tag in case of faulty product. In case of these violations, Kult Republic will not entertain the claim.
In your email, describe the issue in short and attach a photo of the packet along with the invoice. A few questions will be asked from the Kult Republic customer support team and after investigating the problem, if found plausible, the complaint will be addressed.
The refund or replacement will be done within 7 to 15 days after the investigation is done. In case of a failed investigation (where the complaint deemed fake/unconvincing/wrong/late/insufficient information by the customer) no refund or replacement will be processed.
